I’m Julie Ilbrink, the founder of The Curious Turtle Travel Advisors, LLC and I’m thrilled to welcome you to a world of exploration and discovery. I have spent the majority of my career as an executive assistant, arranging travel and doing scheduling for businesses large and small along with executives at every level. I have coordinated large conference events, created unique team retreats and ensured that executives have every possible need and expectation met.
I have put together summer vacations for my family all over the United States and Puerto Rico. Nothing gives me more happiness than listening to my children fondly recollect their experiences from those trips or recognizing locations in television shows and movies by exclaiming “We’ve been there!”
When I started thinking about life when it’s time to retire, and what I want to be when I grow up, I realized that the thing I’ve loved most about my work and family experiences was planning travel, educational opportunities and unforgettable vacations. The idea of The Curious Turtle Travel Advisors has become a reality, and now I get to parlay my skills and abilities into a second career.
